Challenged with a way to streamline product information to Gap store employees and before an online version was available, I developed the idea of a small binder to use at cash wraps and back rooms. There was much collaboration involved from my entire team, our internal client and our print vendor. My team and I produced four separate bi-lingual books each season, one per sub-brand, for all stores, worldwide.
My team was also responsible for worldwide fulfillment of all books.
It was typical to have over 35 different collation packages.
